Our Essentials Package includes monthly site maintenance and updates as part of its features. This ensures your site remains secure, fast, and up-to-date with the latest software. For clients not on this package, updates are provided on a project-by-project basis, and we’d be happy to discuss a plan that works for you.
Is there a money back guarantee?
We do not offer a general money-back guarantee. Instead, we are committed to your complete satisfaction with our work and offer a collaborative revision process to ensure the final product meets your needs and expectations.
We do offer a 30 day warm up period, as well as hassle free cancellation should you decide you are unsatisfied with the services provided. All project details, deliverables, and payment milestones are clearly outlined in a signed Service Agreement before any work begins, so you’ll know exactly what to expect.
How long does a website take to build?
